SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship via Federal Express Ground to US addresses only. For international shipping, please go to STORE FINDER to find a store or online site that will ship to your location. Pricing is based on weight and distance. Please call for any special shipping requests. Tracking notification is sent to email address upon fulfillment of order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Supergoop! will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return.
We are happy to make an exchange or credit your card for any item you are not happy within 10 days of purchase. The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Ship prepaid and insured back to us after getting a Return Authorization. Please email info@supergoop.com for return or exchange information.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
