Tomatoes!

Believe it or not, tomatoes and tomato sauce can protect skin against sunburn!  Loaded with lycopene, tomatoes are even more super when served with other healthy fats such as avocado or olive oilds so the lycopene can be absorbed more easily.   Add one cup per week to your diet.

Generally speaking, brightly colored foods that are rich in antioxidant Vitamins C and E can help protect against UV damage. Think kiwis, sweet potatoes and blueberries. To boot, diets high in antioxidant vitamins are associated with hydrated skin and less wrinkling. Aim for eating two and a half cups of fruit and two cups of veggies every day!
